Hi,
I'm a disabled person and would like to open up a coffee shop...it has great potential and I have a business mgt, associates degree, but low income keeps me from getting a small business loan, does anyone know of a grant program that helps disabled women ran small business's get started? I have a business plan ready...please help, I could help atleast 2 other unemployed people to start with and go from there...thanks
